Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Haulvy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Haulvy is operated by Haulvy LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Haulvy is a platform that allows CDL (Commercial Driver's License) holders to submit anonymous reviews of trucking carriers. Carrier data is sourced from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) public database. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any carrier information.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to submit reviews. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information including a valid email address and, optionally, a phone number. You may not create accounts for the purpose of manipulating ratings or submitting fraudulent reviews.

4. User-Submitted Content

By submitting a review, you grant Haulvy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your review content on the platform. You represent that:

  • Your review reflects your genuine first-hand experience with the carrier.
  • Your review does not contain false statements of fact, defamatory content, or personal attacks on individuals.
  • You will not submit reviews for carriers you have not personally worked with.
  • Your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any review at our sole discretion without notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit fake, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

6. FMCSA Data Disclaimer

Carrier safety data (out-of-service rates, crash records, safety ratings) is sourced from publicly available FMCSA datasets. This data is provided for informational purposes only. Haulvy is not affiliated with the FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation. Always verify carrier information directly with the FMCSA.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haulvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
